If your child has a food allergy or requires Montgomery Nursery School to monitor dietary restrictions or medical conditions, please call the office to schedule a meeting with the Director prior to school starting.  Please see below for required paperwork from the State of Ohio and samples to help with completing it to the level of detail that MNS needs in order to keep your child safe.  All Food Allergy paperwork must be on file prior to your child’s first day of school.
